i almost considered giving a glowing review, but the filthy room with hair everywhere really ruined my vibe. i would have thought as a valued guest, some sort of complimentary gesture was in order, yet i was treated like just another number. very disappointing, really.

Both a hit and a miss
The stunning mountain views from our room were breathtaking and the resort's atmosphere was magical, especially during the Friday night fireworks.
Limited on-site dining options left much to be desired, and we encountered rudeness from staff during our stay.

Our family of 15 had a great time at the resort. With the spacious suites accommodating everyone, it was easy to enjoy our time together. The access to a full kitchen and laundry in our suite made everything more convenient, especially with young kids. The vibrant atmosphere during the Friday night fireworks was a highlight, while the pools provided a nice place to relax despite being a bit crowded. Additionally, we appreciated the variety of dining options available nearby, ensuring everyone in the family could find something they liked.

Staying at the Hilton in Honolulu was memorable for various reasons. The resort offers a prime beach access and stunning ocean views that truly capture Hawaii's beauty. Our room, a spacious two-bedroom suite with a partial ocean view, had a kitchen and a washer machine, which made things super convenient, especially with kids. We enjoyed the ice cream shop at the resort and loved splashing around in the pools. However, it was disappointing to find out that the housekeeping staff were on strike during our stay. The lack of cleaning services really affected our comfort, as we had to pick up our own clean towels and toiletries on the 12th floor. It was frustrating to deal with the noise from the protestors, which disrupted our peace and sleep. Despite the beautiful room and amenities, the service didn't meet the expectations set by the resort's reputation. The communication regarding the strike should have been clearer beforehand. While the pool areas were lovely, they felt crowded at times, which detracted from the relaxing experience I hoped for. The check-in process felt confusing, leading to wasted time in the lobby.

Had an awesome time with friends! The suite was spacious and perfect for hanging out. We loved the close proximity to Waikiki Beach and Ala Moana Center. The golfing and poolside bars made it a great chill spot. Definitely recommend checking out the local dining options for amazing flavors.
The check-in process was chaotic and confusing. It made our arrival a bit stressful, especially with unclear directions to the lobby.

Spacious one-bedroom king suite with a partial ocean view, perfect for families looking for comfort. The room features a full kitchen, making meal prep a breeze, ideal for those with young kids.
Check-in process felt a bit chaotic as we were dropped off at the lower level with no clear directions to the check-in area on the upper level. The property faced significant issues during our stay, including a workers' strike that left us to handle our own housekeeping tasks. We had to venture to the 12th floor for clean towels and toiletries, which was a hassle, especially with a one-year-old in tow. To top it off, the noise from protests disrupted our peace. While the pool areas were nice, they often felt overcrowded.
